Orchard fruits collection: dive into garden flavours

Our Le Fruit de MONIN range offers many possibilities. For this year, focus on 4 flavours that will bring texture and nostalgia to your drinks.

What is an orchard? It’s an area of land where fruit or nut trees and shrubs are grown for food production. Representative fruits from such a place are peaches, apples, pears, plums, cherries, apricots, rhubarb… Why focus on this type of fruit? For three mains reasons: 95% of consumers like to have the fruity taste in a cocktail, 86% say familiar flavours give them sense of comfort and orchard fruit is the 5th preferred classic flavour category for cold drinks.

The Orchard Fruits Collection

We decided to focus on these four:

- Peach: a juicy and fresh flavour, among the ten favourite flavours in summer;

- Pear: with a tender pulp, a grainy texture and citrusy flavour, it is one of the most famous orchard fruits, ranked the 8th preferred flavour in autumn;

- Rhubarb: a chunky, tangy, sharp and energizing taste. We worked on a brand new and improved recipe for this flavour;

- Cherry: sweet, gourmet and intense, it is ideal to make creative drinks.
