Tropical Smoked Fizz

Ingredients:

10ml MONIN Smoked Oak Syrup

10ml MONIN Tropical Island Blend syrup

90ml soda water

15ml lemon juice

15ml orange juice

Garnish:

Crushed black pepper 

Bay lead

Preparations:

1. Add all ingredients except soda water into a shaker.

2. Add ice and shake well to combine.

3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.

4. Top with soda water.

5. Garnish to serve.
