Ingredients

50 ml Le Sirop de MONIN Macaroon
30 ml La Sauce de MONIN Dark Chocolate
15 ml Le Concentré de MONIN Chaï Tea
10 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Coconut
150 ml coconut milk

Decorations

Whipped cream flavoured with Le Sirop de MONIN Honey. Sprinkle with coconut powder, cinnamon powder and finish with a star anise stuck in the whipped cream.

Preparation

Pour all MONIN products directly into the latte glass
Froth the milk into a jug and pour it in the latte glass
Pour it in the mug
Pour it into the glass and mix with a bar spoon
Top with whipped cream (50 ml of syrup for 250 ml of full cream 35% fat minimum; in a 500 ml syphon)
Garnish with coconut powder, cinnamon powder and a star anise
Garnish with whipped cream flavoured with Le Sirop de MONIN Honey
Sprinkle with coconut powder, cinnamon powder and finish with a star anise stuck in the whipped cream
