Whipped cream flavoured with Le Sirop de MONIN Honey. Coconut powder. Cinnamon powder. Star anise

Preparation

  1. Pour all MONIN products directly into the latte glass
  2. Froth the milk into a jug and pour it in the latte glass
  3. Pour it in the mug
  4. Pour it into the glass and mix with a bar spoon
  5. Top with whipped cream (50 ml of syrup for 250 ml of full cream 35% fat minimum; in a 500 ml syphon)
  6. Garnish with coconut powder, cinnamon powder and a star anise
  7. Garnish with whipped cream flavoured with Le Sirop de MONIN Honey
  8. Sprinkle with coconut powder, cinnamon powder and finish with a star anise stuck in the whipped cream
  9. Serve
